3. Data Collection

This website automatically collects and stores data in server log files that your browser transmits: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of the server request, and IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest).

4. Fonts (self-hosted)

This website uses the "Spectral" and "Hanken Grotesk" typefaces. They are served exclusively from our own server (self-hosting). No connection to third-party servers (e.g. Google Fonts) is made, and no personal data is transmitted to third parties.

5. Contact form, email and phone enquiries

When you contact us via the contact form, by email or by phone, we process the data you provide (name, email address, subject, message) as well as your IP address and the time of submission for the purpose of handling your enquiry. Submission via the contact form is based on your explicit consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time with future effect, and where applicable on pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR). The IP address is additionally stored to prevent abuse (spam protection, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). The data remains with us until the purpose for storage no longer applies or you request its deletion.

6. Google reCAPTCHA

To protect the contact form against abuse and spam, we use "reCAPTCHA v3" provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). reCAPTCHA analyses user behaviour based on various signals in order to distinguish automated access (bots) from human input. In doing so, data (including IP address, referrer, interaction and device information) is transmitted to Google and may be processed in the USA. The reCAPTCHA script is only loaded once you interact with or submit the contact form — not on a mere page view.
